Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The best advice I can give to young women entering the legal field is to never back down and don’t let intimidation hold you back. This industry can feel daunting, especially in high-stakes cases or when facing powerful opposition, but confidence and perseverance are key. Stand firm in your knowledge, trust your instincts, and remember that your voice matters. Surround yourself with mentors and allies who support your growth, and don’t be afraid to assert yourself—your courage will open doors not just for you, but for the women who come after you.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity is the cornerstone of everything I do, both in my work and personal life. I believe that being honest, reliable, and true to my word builds the kind of trust that fuels strong relationships and lasting success. Whether I’m making tough decisions at work or supporting my family, I hold myself accountable to the highest standards. Values like respect, transparency, and fairness guide me every day, and they help me stay grounded no matter the challenges I face. To me, living and working with integrity means showing up authentically and standing firm in what I believe is right.
