Influential Women

In 2019, I became an If Then Ambassador. If she can see it, Then she can be it. We focused on educating young girls on all the STEM field. There was 125 of us. and Lyda Hill made us all statues. My statue has been in North Park Mall, Love Field Airport, and the Smithsonian Aerospace Museum to name a few places.

On my way to Chanticleer International Book Awards Ceremony. I'm excited to be a finalist. I became completely surprised and overjoyed when winning 1st place in my category. My promise became reality. My grandmother and I in the photo. My grandmother was a professional hula dancer. I learned Hawaiian language and hula from her when I was five years old. She’s my inspiration to become a Hawaiian language educator. Thanks, Nana.
