After being diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer at 28 weeks pregnant, then completing 4 rounds of chemo while pregnant, I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl, Josslyn!
This milestone was the most commissions I received at once from the same client/friend for the same home. These art pieces you see became part of a home that served as a sanctuary for my friend and her family during the COVID era. In the end, a complete surrender in gratitude is what I was feeling here.
A huge accomplishment of mine was becoming a licensed architect in 2024. There are 6 exams total, and I studied for 3 years, taking a total of 21 exams to finally pass on April 29, 2024. I received my license certificate a month later on my birthday! It is truly my proudest accomplishment, as I failed numerous times but never gave up.
