With thoughtful, personalized coaching, Vicki meets clients exactly where they are, offering strength-building Pilates sessions alongside wardrobe refreshes and organizational services that restore clarity, confidence, and ease in everyday life.
Her approach is rooted in empathy, style, and a belief that small, intentional changes can lead to profound transformation. As the Owner of Reset Collective LLC, a Certified Pilates Instructor at Club Pilates and Pilates Place, and a personal stylist and shopper, she blends movement, design, and lifestyle expertise into a truly comprehensive client experience.
Following her 13-year tenure at Under Armour, Vicki founded Reset Collective LLC, inspired by her own recovery from multiple neck surgeries and her life-changing discovery of Pilates. Teaching part-time reignited her passion for helping others heal, grow, and feel strong again. What began as individual sessions eventually evolved into a thriving business offering private Pilates instruction, personal styling, and home organization.
Today, Vicki has cultivated a dedicated community of clients and is known for her authentic, grounded, and supportive guidance. She continues to balance teaching, running her business, and ongoing personal development—all while mentoring and inspiring others as they pursue their own paths to wellness, confidence, and reinvention.

What do you attribute your success to?
My success is built on a foundation of experience, empathy, and holistic expertise. Decades in visual merchandising and leadership roles have given me strategic and creative insight, while my own journey of personal transformation through Pilates informs my authentic, client-centered approach. Through Reset Collective LLC, I combine movement, personal styling, and organizational guidance to help clients navigate life transitions, build confidence, and create meaningful change. Guided by entrepreneurial vision and a deep commitment to supporting others, my goal is to transform lives with intention, care, and lasting impact.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
“Focus on building your skills, nurturing relationships, staying adaptable, and staying true to yourself—create value, embrace growth, and make your impact.”
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
“Right now, Instagram and TikTok are both exciting opportunities and real challenges, especially as a Pilates instructor. Everyone sees the viral trends and thinks they are easy, but creating and teaching meaningful flows that cater to your clients' needs takes creativity, strategy, and hard work, and not all of the things you see on social media are for everyone.”
“TikTok and Instagram look effortless from the outside, but creating good content is hard work. I’m still learning myself, and my goal is to improve and increase my content so that I can grow my business and reach the people I want to help.”
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My core values guide everything I do, both personally and professionally. I lead with empathy and authenticity, striving to understand and support others while staying true to myself. Growth, creativity, and resilience drive me to continuously learn, adapt, and transform challenges into opportunities.
