Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the strong work ethic instilled in me by my mother, who also taught me the importance of perseverance and never giving up. I have been fortunate to have the guidance and encouragement of mentors and teachers throughout my journey. Taking chances, staying persistent, and committing to hard work have all been essential in shaping my path and accomplishments.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received comes from my mother: “What’s meant for you is meant for you.” She reminded me not to rush the process, and to take the time needed to grow, learn, and make thoughtful decisions along the way.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is simple: don’t rush the process. Take your time to learn, grow, and build your foundation. I also encourage you to take chances in fields like finance, AI, and IT, and to actively seek out mentors who can guide and inspire you along the way.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is that many women feel intimidated to enter areas like finance, AI, and IT. At the same time, these fields present tremendous opportunities for women who are willing to take chances, pursue training, and step into meaningful roles that can shape the future of the industry.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me in both my work and personal life are family, perseverance, and humility. I also place great importance on encouraging and supporting others, helping them gain recognition for their efforts and achievements.
