What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to persistence, curiosity, and a genuine passion for helping others. I’ve learned to listen deeply, keep learning, and stay committed even during challenging seasons. Every setback taught me something that shaped the work I do today.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
I was once told not to compare my journey to anyone else’s. Everyone’s path unfolds differently, and honoring my own timing has been one of the most valuable lessons in my career.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Choose purpose over perfection. Learn continuously, seek mentors who inspire you, and stay connected to why you chose this path in the first place. That sense of purpose will guide you through challenges and change.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges right now is navigating rapid change — from evolving technology to shifting expectations — while staying grounded in the core values of meaningful work. But that same pace of change also brings huge opportunities: we can innovate faster, connect with people in new ways, and shape the future of our field more actively than ever before.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, compassion, and authenticity are the values that guide me both professionally and personally. I believe in showing up honestly, treating people with care, and doing work that aligns with my values and purpose. Whether in my work or personal life, I try to lead with empathy, remain open to growth, and stay grounded in what truly matters.
