Dr. Sharon Ross is a distinguished educator and leader with a career dedicated to transforming learning environments and preparing the next generation of campus leaders. She has served in numerous academic leadership roles, including Superintendent and Assistant Professor positions, where she has focused on empowering, challenging, and equipping educators to create meaningful and equitable educational experiences. Dr. Ross combines her extensive administrative experience with a deep passion for instructional leadership, curriculum clarity, and literacy development to drive systemic improvements in schools and higher education institutions.

A lifelong learner, Dr. Ross earned her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University and later completed a Doctor of Divinity from Bread of Life Christian Theological Seminary. Her academic background, paired with years of hands-on leadership, has allowed her to guide programs such as Principal and Superintendent preparation initiatives, mentoring aspiring school leaders and shaping effective practices for student success. She also serves as an Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University-Commerce, coordinating the Dallas Impact Leaders Institute and continuing to influence education through teaching and research.

Throughout her career, Dr. Ross has been recognized for her ability to create spaces where educators thrive and students succeed. She is passionate about collaboration, equity, and professional growth, consistently leveraging her expertise to strengthen school systems and build capacity across educational communities.
