What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the nursing field is to stay open-minded and be eager to learn. Treat others with the same care and respect you would want for yourself, and always lead with empathy. Nursing offers a wide range of opportunities, and embracing every experience with an open heart and mind will help you grow both personally and professionally.
