Ruth Robles, M.S., LMFT, is the founder of The Sol Center, where she brings over 16 years of experience as a bilingual therapist serving children, teens, and parents. Specializing in social, emotional, and behavioral support, Ruth provides individual, couple, and family therapy, helping clients navigate challenges while promoting growth and resilience. She has been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for more than 11 years, combining her expertise with compassion to deliver meaningful and lasting impact.

Ruth’s professional journey spans several respected organizations, including Pacific Clinics, Almansor Clinical Services, and the Azusa Unified School District, where she served as a Mental Health Specialist. In 2018, she established her private practice in Glendora, California, which later evolved into The Sol Center. Her work integrates evidence-based therapeutic approaches with culturally sensitive practices, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support tailored to their unique needs.

In addition to her clinical work, Ruth is an engaging speaker and educator, offering workshops and presentations on stress reduction, self-regulation, and emotional resilience. She merges Western psychological principles with Eastern mind-body practices to provide holistic tools that empower individuals, corporate teams, educators, and nonprofit organizations. Ruth holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Developmental and Child Psychology from California State University-Los Angeles.
