What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a combination of purpose-driven persistence, community, and adaptability. Staying rooted in my values while remaining flexible, learning continuously, and surrounding myself with people who believe in the mission has allowed me to grow sustainably and create impact beyond just the business.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to build something you’re proud of, not just something that looks successful. When your work aligns with your values, resilience comes naturally—and success follows with purpose.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Trust your voice and your instincts early. Learn the fundamentals, ask questions without hesitation, and don’t wait for permission to take up space. Build relationships, stay curious, and remember that your perspective is a strength—especially in an industry that needs more diverse, purpose-driven leadership.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
In the sustainable products and e-commerce space, some of the biggest challenges right now include navigating complex international regulations, managing supply chain costs and tariffs, and educating consumers to choose truly sustainable options over cheaper, convenience-focused alternatives.
At the same time, these challenges create meaningful opportunities — from growing consumer demand for eco-friendly products to expanding into global marketplaces like Europe, and helping shape circular systems that redefine how products are made, used, and disposed of.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, purpose, and community. I believe in leading with honesty, staying grounded in why I do what I do, and building relationships that uplift others. Balance, accountability, and kindness guide my decisions—whether I’m building a company, supporting my family, or contributing to the communities I’m part of.
