Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a combination of personal experience, dedication, and a commitment to helping others achieve real results. Having personally struggled with emotional eating, constantly searching for the “next best” diet or exercise plan, I understand the challenges women face in their weight loss journeys. This experience inspired me to help other women regain control of their health, achieve sustainable weight loss, and, in many cases, reduce their reliance on medications.

Before guiding others, I committed myself to researching and experimenting with different approaches to improve my own health. This hands-on experience allows me to empathize with clients while providing practical, effective guidance. I find this work deeply rewarding and take pride in seeing the positive transformations in the lives of the women I support.

I believe my success comes from caring deeply about results, maintaining high ethical standards and integrity, providing hands-on mentoring, and listening closely to coach effectively. By combining personal insight with professional expertise, I strive to deliver measurable, lasting outcomes for every client I serve.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is simple but powerful: don’t give up. Challenges and setbacks are inevitable, but persistence and resilience often make the difference between giving up and achieving your goals. This advice has guided me through difficult moments, helping me stay focused, keep learning, and continue moving forward no matter the obstacles.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to prioritize developing practical skills and independence. Gaining the ability to work for yourself early on not only builds confidence but also makes future career choices more flexible and strategic. Cultivating self-reliance and hands-on experience can open doors and create opportunities that might not be available otherwise.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me in both my work and personal life are results-orientation, integrity, and a strong ethical foundation. I also deeply value freedom and independence, which allow me to think creatively and take initiative, as well as being client-centered, ensuring that the people I serve always remain my top priority. Outside of work, my passion as a dragon boat racer reflects my commitment to teamwork, perseverance, and pushing myself to achieve meaningful goals.
