What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a combination of my drive, the valuable experiences I gained living overseas, a steadfast commitment to both personal and professional growth, and the unwavering support of my family.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Show up with passion, drive, and a strong work ethic; consistently demonstrate your skills, especially in male-dominated fields, and seek out—or become—the kind of leader who champions and supports women.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge in my field is that both the uniform rental and waste management industries are male-dominated, with relatively few women in leadership roles. A key opportunity lies in developing comprehensive training programs across a growing organization to ensure consistent, effective onboarding and strong performance.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are continuous personal and professional growth, ambition and drive, creativity, and the support of my family.
