Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to being open-minded toward knowledge, diverse cultures, and continuous learning, as well as to my ability to listen actively and thoughtfully.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to prioritize work–life balance, leverage the skills I’ve learned, and seek meaningful ways to use those skills with purpose.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage young women entering the industry to lead with authenticity and purpose. Every opportunity, challenge, and transition you encounter will shape your professional identity - so stay rooted in who you are and the values that guide you. Never be afraid to evolve but always remain aligned with your "why."

I've learned that success is not just about the position you hold, but the impact you make along the way. Surround yourself with people who inspire growth, keep learning, and give back to others as you rise. The most fulfilling careers are built not only on achievement, but on service, gratitude, and integrity. One of my favorite reminders: "Your gift will make room for you. Trust your preparation, stay humble, and walk boldly in your purpose."

Q

One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now is effectively reaching the intended audience and identifying the most appropriate platforms to engage them in a meaningful and impactful way.

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are honesty, integrity, and treating others with the same respect and consideration I would expect for myself.
