Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the strong foundation and support I’ve always had from my family. Their encouragement has given me the confidence to take on challenges and keep moving forward, even when things feel uncertain. I also believe a positive attitude makes a real difference — choosing to stay optimistic and solutions-focused helps me grow through every experience, both personally and professionally.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I’d encourage young women entering this industry to trust their instincts — your perspective and intuition are valuable, even early in your career. Stay curious and commit to learning as much as you can, because knowledge builds confidence and opens doors. Take full advantage of in-house trainings and development opportunities; they’re there to help you grow, and the skills you build now will serve you for years to come.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide both my work and personal life are grace, loyalty, and integrity. I believe in leading with kindness and understanding, especially when challenges arise, because how we treat people truly matters. Loyalty keeps me grounded in my commitments to others, while integrity ensures that I show up honestly, take responsibility, and do the right thing even when it’s not the easiest path.
