Enas Fadaly
Enas Fadaly is an accomplished educator, researcher, and PhD candidate specializing in bilingual and multilingual education. She currently serves as a Research Assistant at George Mason University’s College of Education and Human Development, where her academic work focuses on language learning, adult education, and culturally responsive instruction. With a strong foundation that includes a Master of Education in Adult Education and Development, Enas brings both scholarly depth and practical experience to her teaching and research. With more than a decade of experience as an Arabic and English language instructor, Enas has worked extensively in international affairs, diplomatic training, and higher education settings. She has taught Modern Standard Arabic and Egyptian colloquial Arabic to diverse learners, including government and diplomatic professionals, emphasizing immersive, student-centered methodologies. Her expertise spans curriculum development, proficiency testing (DLPT, OPI), translation, CAT tools, and website localization, allowing her to bridge language, technology, and culture effectively. In addition to her academic and instructional work, Enas is a published author whose book explores the intersection of technology and life, reflecting her passion for innovation in education. Dedicated to advancing multilingual education and empowering learners across cultures, she continues to contribute meaningfully to research, teaching, and global language initiatives while pursuing her doctoral studies.

I attribute my success to truly believing in what I do and loving the work, which keeps me motivated, resilient, and continually striving to grow.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to focus on what you truly want to do, always do your best work, listen to and learn from others’ advice, and believe in yourself.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Believe in yourself, keep going through challenges, and when you have dreams, pursue them with determination and a clear long-term plan.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The greatest opportunity in my field right now is impacting lives by creating spaces where women feel empowered, supported, and confident to speak and be heard.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are supporting and helping others, showing respect, and maintaining professionalism in everything I do. I also value lifelong learning and family, balancing my work with time spent reading, traveling, and being present for my children as I complete my PhD.
