One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is simply time—there never seems to be enough hours in the day to accomplish everything that needs to be done. At the same time, there is always opportunity. Every challenge presents a chance to innovate, grow, and make a meaningful impact, whether by improving processes, expanding skills, or finding new ways to serve clients and communities. Balancing these demands while staying proactive and focused is both the ongoing challenge and the exciting opportunity in my work.
