Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to being willing to challenge assumptions and approach problems with both strategy and empathy. I’ve always been drawn to complex systems and opportunities for improvement, and I believe real progress happens when leaders are willing to rethink outdated processes and bring people together around better solutions. Staying curious, values-driven, and focused on long-term impact has been central to the path I’ve built.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Someone once told me that leadership is constant communication, whether you realize it or not. People pay attention not only to what leaders say, but also to what they prioritize, what they ignore, and how they respond in challenging moments. Developing a broad awareness of how your actions influence both the work and the people around you is essential. The most effective leaders learn to listen to that feedback and adjust their approach accordingly.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, courage, and curiosity are values that guide how I live and work. I believe in being honest about challenges, asking difficult questions when something isn’t working, and having the courage to pursue better solutions. Curiosity keeps me learning and open to new ideas, while integrity ensures that decisions are grounded in fairness and respect for the people they affect.
