Danielle Parmelee

Danielle is a seasoned MedTech leader with 21+ years of experience strengthening process, innovation, and ethical business practices at Stryker. Her career began as an engineer in Motorola’s semiconductor division, where she developed a strong foundation in innovation, problem‑solving and systems thinking before transitioning into medical technology field as an R&D project manager. Since then, she has built a diverse and impactful career impacting product development, marketing, quality engineering, customer service, post‑market quality, and enterprise-wide compliance with a risk-based mindset.

With a Mechanical Engineering degree from Michigan State University and an MBA from Arizona State University, her specialties are in development of people, process improvement, risk management, and driving organization‑wide compliance programs. In her current role as Senior Compliance Officer, she leads compliance risk assessments, support acquisitions, and drives change management initiatives across multiple facilities—consistently elevating quality systems and advancing a culture of integrity.

She is also passionate about empowering the next generation of women through her work with Girls on the Run, and her recent leadership position on Stryker's Woman's Network. Outside of work, she is a mom to 3 amazing children, a runner, photographer, gardener, home chef, and live music enthusiast.

Danielle strive's to lead with authenticity, integrity, and curiosity—bringing engineering rigor, ethical leadership, and a commitment to mentorship in everything she does.
