I am a wife, mother, author, and speaker who believes healing is a lifelong journey worth committing to. My passion comes from lived experience and a desire to see women break free from cycles of pain, silence, and survival mode.

Through my writing and speaking, I address real-life challenges such as generational trauma, societal pressure, emotional healing, and personal growth. I strive to encourage women to choose growth, stand in truth, and walk confidently in purpose no matter where they are in their journey.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to faith, resilience, and a willingness to do the inner work. Choosing growth, consistency, and honesty especially during difficult seasons has shaped both my personal journey and my purpose.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve been given is to stay true to myself and my values. It’s easy to get caught up in trends, pressure, and what everyone else says you “should” be doing. But if your spirit isn’t led in that direction, don’t move just because the world is moving. Growth is most sustainable when it’s aligned with your beliefs and purpose. Romans 12:2 (NIV)

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don’t forget why you started. It’s easy to get distracted by trends, expectations, or outcomes like money and recognition. If your purpose was rooted in helping others and staying true to your values, hold on to that. Growth is most meaningful when it stays aligned with your beliefs and not just external rewards.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of my biggest challenges has been learning not to people-please or write from a place of fear about how my work might be received. Early on, I had to remind myself that I wasn’t called to write for approval, but for purpose.

Another ongoing challenge is making sure I allow the Spirit to lead rather than my emotions. When I feel myself writing from a place of frustration or reaction instead of alignment, I step back and start over until I know the message is coming from a grounded, purposeful place and not the flesh.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Putting God first is the foundation of both my work and my personal life. I value being present for my family while remaining authentic in my writing and purpose. Integrity, faith, and staying true to my beliefs guide how I show up, create, and serve without compromising who I am.
