As a sought-after international consultant, keynote speaker, and facilitator, she works with leaders and teams worldwide to align vision, values, and behaviors, fostering cultures rooted in excellence, belonging, and accountability.
As founder of Awaken Inner Courage Solutions, Alexandra combines executive coaching, culture transformation, and well-being strategy to guide leaders and organizations at pivotal moments of transition. She empowers leaders to cultivate values-driven, regenerative leadership, recognizing that high performance without inner coherence leads to burnout and disengagement. Outside of her professional life, Alexandra is a proud cat mom and an outdoor enthusiast, finding balance and inspiration in nature. Certified in multiple leadership and wellness disciplines, her work bridges corporate rigor with integrative human development, helping individuals and organizations awaken courage, lead with presence, and create lasting impact.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the values instilled in me by my parents, who taught me the importance of hard work, perseverance, and integrity from an early age. Their guidance shaped my mindset and work ethic, grounding me in a commitment to excellence that continues to guide both my personal and professional life.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to focus on my own path rather than comparing my journey to others. By staying anchored in my growth, strengths, and purpose, I make more intentional decisions, lead more authentically, and create meaningful progress on my own terms.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to know yourself first. Get clear on your values, strengths, and passions, and let that self-awareness guide your decisions, relationships, and career path. When you lead from clarity and authenticity, challenges become navigable and your impact becomes meaningful.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field today is navigating organizational cultures that still reflect outdated, male-dominated leadership models. These environments can foster toxicity, limit inclusivity, and silence diverse voices. Yet this challenge also presents a powerful opportunity: by cultivating conscious, values-driven leadership and equitable workplace practices, we can transform culture into spaces where collaboration, innovation, and authentic leadership thrive.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide both my work and personal life are integrity, honesty, respect, and humility. I lead and make decisions in alignment with these principles, fostering trust, meaningful relationships, and positive impact. Staying true to these values allows me to navigate challenges with clarity, build authentic connections, and contribute to environments that balance excellence with human-centered leadership.
