Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to resilience, self-awareness, and a lifelong commitment to growth, but also to leading with kindness and an intentionally positive spirit. I have an innate ability to find joy in the journey, even during challenging seasons, and that optimism has allowed me to uplift others while continuing to move forward myself. Choosing grace over bitterness, connection over isolation, and growth over comfort has shaped every chapter of my life. My bubbly nature isn’t just part of who I am—it’s how I create trust, inspire confidence, and bring light and energy into the spaces I’m part of.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received was to believe I am worthy of being in rooms where I am supported, encouraged, and truly seen. I was reminded to seek out leaders who empower rather than diminish, who lead with trust, kindness, and a genuine desire to help others grow. That advice taught me that my voice matters, my growth matters, and I never need to shrink myself to be accepted. Choosing environments where encouragement is abundant and worthiness is affirmed has shaped my confidence, strengthened my leadership, and allowed me to thrive both personally and professionally.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The advice I would give young women entering operations or sales is to trust yourself, do the work with integrity, and never underestimate the power of mindset. One book that deeply shaped how I show up is The Four Agreements—especially the lessons around being impeccable with your word, not taking things personally, not making assumptions, and always doing your best. In fast-paced, results-driven environments, those principles keep you grounded, confident, and resilient. Lead with kindness, ask questions boldly, own your value, and remember that success doesn’t require hardening yourself—it comes from clarity, consistency, and believing you belong at the table.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in sales right now is cutting through the noise in an increasingly crowded and fast-moving marketplace, where buyers are more informed, more selective, and expect genuine value—not just a pitch. At the same time, that challenge creates a powerful opportunity for sellers who lead with authenticity, curiosity, and problem-solving. The greatest opportunity lies in building trust-based relationships, using data to inform strategy without losing the human connection, and partnering with customers in a way that feels consultative rather than transactional. Sales today rewards those who listen well, adapt quickly, and truly care about helping others succeed.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me—both professionally and personally—are integrity, kindness, growth, and meaningful connection. I believe in showing up with honesty, being accountable for my words and actions, and treating people with respect at every level. I value environments that encourage learning, empowerment, and open communication, and I strive to bring positivity and empathy into everything I do. Ultimately, I want my work and my life to reflect purpose, trust, and the belief that when people feel supported and valued, everyone thrives.
